DO YOU SHIP FURNITURE? 

We will coordinate furniture delivery via xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  Please call or email Michael to let him know what you intend to purchase & our team will assess delivery cost for you

DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY? 

Yes! We deliver locally & will happily coordinate this with you when you purchase

CAN I ORDER ONLINE? 

Yes, you can shop the furniture market HERE and the interior store HERE.  If you purchae furniture please know we will need to coordinate shipping and that will be an addional fee once we assess this cost

ARE YOUR STORES DIFFERENT?  

Yes, the FURNITURE MARKET in Langtree is a huge warehouse with furniture galore & the INTERIORS STORE houses all of our Interior Design inspired decor & gifts. 

DO YOU HAVE A DESIGN ROOM WITH FABRICS? 

Yes, definitely.  We have full fabric lines for 4 different North Carolina made upholstery companies.  We have design rooms at both our Davidson Interiors Store & our Langtree Furniture Market.  

WILL YOU COME TO MY HOME TO HELP ME DESIGN A ROOM?

Yes, check out our Design Services page.  We will visit your home, assess your needs and present you with a design proposal sourced from Knotty and Board's manufacturing partners.   

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Decor & Gifts:  New, unused, unopened merchandise may be returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase with receipt.

Furniture & Lighting: New, unused furniture + lighting may be returned for store credit within 2 days of purchase with receipt.

Final Sale: Seasonal, sale/discounted items, wallpaper, food, & found/refurbished items are all final sale.

All special orders are final sale. Special exceptions for return/refusal: 20% shipping fee & 15% restock fee will be deducted from any return.
